Job Description

We are currently looking for Retail Assistants to join our Retail team on a part time, permanent and fixed term contracts.

The successful candidates will provide outstanding and consistent customer service to all visitors to the retail outlets and Southbank Centre. Maximising sales opportunities to help drive profit and thereby contributing to the overall success of Southbank Centre.

The Retail Assistants will work on a variety of responsibilities which includes but are not limited to:

  • Engage with customers making them feel welcome, answering their queries, providing relevant product knowledge, and giving advice and suggestions where possible.
  • Processing sales on the EPoS (Till) system, handling credit/debit cards transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the shop is clean, tidy and well stocked at all times.

Please note that this role has regular rostered weekend work required, rostered and variable weekdays and the working day includes variable shift hours.
